Application
This series pump is widely used for industrial, agriculture, mine, sites of construction, municipal environment protection, tunnel construction site, pumping containing short fiber, scraps of paper, sand and other solid particles or software solid liquid, such as mud, ash water, waste water, sewage, manure and so on. ItĄ¯s the ideal water equipment for agriculture irrigation, pool cleaning, and construction sites, but not suitable for sites with explosion-proof requirements.
Characteristic
Some model pumps use flow channel impeller, greatly impove the the anti-blockage ability of pump. Some model adopt the total head principle design to protect the pump work in normal condition without overload running, which improves the motor serve life efficiently.
Cutting type dump digests and absorbs the foreign advanced technology, which make use of cutting principle to achieve new and unique design. ItĄ¯s able to cut or tear long fiber, polyethylene bag etc., to ensure the pump flow channel unimpeded.
Using condition:
The transported medium is normal liquid grouting with temperature¨Q40℃, PH between 4-10, and the solid volume ratio is below 2%. The submersible pump head cannĄ¯t be too small when running, if the actual head is lower than 80% of the rated head, itĄ¯s easy to result in thermal protector running and make the pump stop work, even worse, the motor will be damaged.
